decided to go for a drive - and gotpulled over for not having my 2020 license sticker. looks like i'd better get that taken care of.
anyway, i'm parked back in the carport and ready to keep typing until i nod off, and the win 7 laptop recharges. apparently i'm good for only about 15 minutes on that old battery.
i guess i should spring for a new one if it's going to give me a decent charge time.
i realize that i have no idea where no hard drive is. and i forgot to transfer my epub files down to my local drive.
and i can't find my external hard drive. all my backup documents. sigh.

found the external hard drive.
went to sleep about 1am lept until 11am.
checked out the vons - the seating area has been partitioned off.
ditto for the starbacks on colorado in eagle.
however, i stopped at a park and struck up a conversation with some other folks living in their cars. invited them to dinner. here's another segment of society i can tap into. they said park in industrial areas to avoid cops. also mentioned something about getting a tag to advise cops you're sleeping in your car?
napped at the park, got rid of stuff i decided i didn't need in the car.
now blogging using wifi at church in eagle rock. plan on napping in the carport again tonight, hopefully tap the outlet unless the power has been shut off.
