cinco de mayo. woke up at 8am, headed straight over to the mechanic's. told me to wait another day before getting the car smogged. tapped his wifi for an hour, then slept at the park until i headed over to derek's, bathed, did laundry. enjoyed a couple of glasses of ice water. i miss ice.
scheduled a covid-19 mouth swab test 2 pm on the 7th. 3-4 day turnaround but hopefully a clean bill of health will make it easier to find a place to stay.
finished cooking, about to take stuff to the park, bring stuff back to derek's and get ready to start orienation tomorrow morning at 6am.
